How to buy a gun online
It is not illegal to buy a gun online. Though media would make you think so it is completely legal so long as you follow some simple steps.
Easy 3 Steps
1. Find the gun you want. There are many different gun shops with online stores. There is even auction sites that you can pick up good deals at.
2. Choose your FFL dealer (Federal Firearms License): The store or person you are paying for the gun will have to ship it to the FFL dealer in your location. I would suggest checking pawn shops and asking how much they charge for a transfer.
3. Pick up your gun: Be sure to inspect your gun before accepting the transfer. If it is not what you want then do not accept it. Contact the seller and discuss your issue. If bought from a reputable online shop they should offer to have the gun picked up for free and offer you an exchange or refund at no cost.
And thats it. Following those three easy steps you should have no problem purchasing firearms online. With any luck these simple steps will help you save money. Nothing like seeing the same gun online 6 different places for $600 and then go to the stores and see it marked up to $1100. When I see mark ups like that I tend to just leave and shop online.
